MOOG G631 and 631 Series Direct-Operated Servo Valves for Analog Signals

MOOG G631 series valves are controlled servo valves for analog signals with mechanical position feedback and without an integrated amplifier and control electronics. These two-stage servo valves with a pilot nozzle-flapper block are characterized by high dynamics, robust construction and ease of maintenance. Additional versions with a fifth connection are also available for a separate pilot oil supply.

MOOG Direct-Operated Servo Valves for Analog Signals D633 and D634 Series

MOOG valves of the D633 and D634 series are servo valves with direct control with a built-in amplifier, control electronics and an analog interface. Servo valves are designed to meet the highest customer requirements and are characterized by functional flexibility, pressure-independent dynamics, high performance force and low energy consumption. The Moog D633 and D634 series valves are direct driven with a linear magnet motor, eliminating the need for control oil. Both servovalves are available in nominal sizes 03 and 05 in accordance with ISO 4401.

The Moog D636 and D637 series are direct-operated servo valves with a built-in interface (CANopen, EtherCAT or Profibus DP V1), which are ideally suited for valve setting, control and function monitoring.
